More page types than ways to manage the leads they created
As Orbilox's programmatic SEO footprint grew past 130 pages — service pages, clone-app pages, industry verticals, location pages, and comparison guides — every page type was generating enquiries, but all of them funnelled into the same generic contact form and a shared inbox.
There was no way to tell a high-intent "build me a fintech app, here's my budget" enquiry from a low-intent newsletter signup from a guide page. No CRM, no lead scoring, no SLA on response time, and no structured pipeline — just whoever checked the inbox first, deciding what mattered.
One automated pipeline, fed by every page on the site
We connected every lead-capture point across the site — service quote forms, clone-app pricing enquiries, industry and location contact forms, and guide page CTAs — directly into Zoho CRM via API and Zoho Forms, tagging each lead with its source page, category, and any context the visitor provided.
Zoho Flow handles deduplication, enrichment (company lookup, page-context tagging), and routing the moment a lead lands — so by the time it appears in Zoho CRM, it already carries the information an agent needs to prioritise it correctly.
From a form submission to a graded, assigned, tracked lead
How we built it
Service, clone-app, industry, location, and guide page forms all post to a single backend endpoint that tags each submission with its source page, category, and form context before forwarding it to Zoho.
Leads are created in Zoho CRM in real time, with custom fields capturing page source, service interest, and stated budget — no manual export/import, ever.
Hot/Warm/Cold scoring based on page source (clone-app or enterprise pages score higher), stated budget, company size signals, and response speed — automatically tagging each lead's priority.
Zoho CRM assignment rules route hot leads to senior agents immediately and distribute warm/cold leads round-robin, with an SLA countdown task created the moment a lead is assigned.
Instant auto-reply, WhatsApp/SMS nudges via Zoho if no agent action is logged, auto-created call tasks for unresponsive hot leads, and a Zoho Campaigns nurture sequence for cold/unqualified leads.
A live funnel view from capture → grading → contact → qualification → conversion, broken down by source page and category, so the team can see exactly which programmatic pages are actually driving revenue.

Hot leads from high-intent pages — clone-app pricing pages, enterprise service pages — now reach an agent in minutes instead of sitting in a shared inbox for hours or days. Cold leads are no longer ignored either; they flow into an automated nurture sequence instead of disappearing entirely.
