The Challenge

One brand, four connected products, zero room for mismatched data

7 Star needed to launch a premium chauffeur service across a booking website, a passenger app, and a driver app — for both iOS and Android — as one coordinated platform rather than four disconnected products. A passenger booking a ride on the web needed to see the same live driver location, the same fixed quote, and the same trip status as someone booking from the mobile app.

On top of that, the brand's positioning as a luxury service meant every surface — instant quotes, fleet presentation, corporate billing, driver professionalism — had to feel premium and consistent, with no visible seams between the platforms.

Our Approach

One dispatch and pricing core, four surfaces built on top of it

We built a single dispatch, pricing, and trip-status engine, then built the booking website, the passenger apps, and the driver apps as clients on top of it — so a fare quote, a driver's live location, and a trip's status are computed once and reflected identically everywhere.

Each surface was purpose-built for its user: the website optimised for fast conversion from a quote to a booking, the passenger app optimised for live tracking and trip history, and the driver app optimised for accepting jobs quickly and getting through a shift with minimal friction.

Built the instant quote and fixed-pricing engine

A pricing engine that returns a fixed quote in under 60 seconds based on vehicle category (Executive Sedan, Luxury SUV, Premium Limousine, Executive Van), distance, and service type — airport transfer, hourly hire, or point-to-point.

Built the booking website

The public-facing site — instant quotes, fleet browser, corporate account signup with consolidated billing, and dedicated flows for airport transfers, weddings, and hourly/day hire.

Built the Passenger app for iOS and Android

Live driver tracking, SMS and push trip notifications, booking history, saved locations, loyalty rewards, and free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup — all reading from the same trip-status engine as the website.

Built the Driver app for iOS and Android

Job dispatch and acceptance, turn-by-turn navigation, digital trip sheets with proof-of-completion capture, and earnings/shift tracking — built for a driver working long shifts across multiple cities.

Wired up real-time location and status sync

Live GPS position from the driver app streams into the trip-status engine and out to the passenger app and website in real time, so a passenger always sees an accurate ETA and driver location.

Built corporate accounts and fleet management

Consolidated billing for corporate clients, a fleet management view for vehicle age and detailing schedules, and reporting across every city the service operates in.
